Mrs. Deborah L. Bishop was born in Danville, Kentucky on November 6, 1951.  She was the daughter of Susie Rebecca (Howard) Tate and the late Joseph Samuel Tate.


On May 16, 1970, in Danville, Kentucky, she was married to Carlos Larry Bishop.  Mr. Bishop survives.


In the late 1960’s, she moved from Kentucky to Boone County, Indiana.  Debbie worked for various industries including a truck stop, a nursing home and Ross Poultry and later, Perdue Poultry Farm of Thorntown.


Debbie was a member of Covenant Community Worship Center in Lebanon.

She also served as the Assistant Children’s Director.


A person devoted to her family, Mrs. Bishop, was a wonderful wife, sister, and aunt.  She loved her family, friends and animals.  Debbie’s hobbies included fishing, board games, and playing pool.
